Self-hosted LLM inference on the homelab cluster — exploring what’s achievable on enterprise(ish) (mainly Intel GPU) hardware without sending data to third-party APIs. Privacy-first by design: prompts, context, and outputs stay on-network.
Currently evaluating open-weight models including Gemma4 and Qwen3 via Ollama.
